I have been working at Brillient full-time (More than 3 years)
Management is involved with the projects. Relationships are good. Company is growing, and staff is growing too. Lots of good people here.
No much going on here in terms of technology. Bad ideas get too much attention from the CEO. High turnover. Pressure on sales too high.
Advice to Management
Got to spread the power across the managers. Staff is too sycophantic and can't really support a growing company without power to influence the way they work. Need to invest more in creating technology.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Brillient.
General clerical questions were asked. What type of databases are you familiar with. How much experience do you have? What do you know about federal government agencies. Distance willing to travel to work. They wanted to make sure you are what their client (Federal Govt Agency) was looking for.
Salary was not negtioated
