I worked at Brio Bravo Restaurant Group (More than 3 years)
Direct deposit, ability to swap shifts and release as well if needed, vacation time accrued after one year, Bravo Brio Restaurant Group Family is a true life long friendship
No benefits any longer, drop down of prices due to competitor, longer hours and the lack of realism in some locations is absurd
Advice to Management
Quite frankly, if you could learn to be like the managers at all three restaurant's in Columbus, Oh,( less one store in Mass) your stores would succeed more and you'd probably earn more respect.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Brio Bravo Restaurant Group (Beavercreek, OH) in June 2014.
One-on-one, in person interview, obtained after an unscheduled walk-in to the restaurant. Was sat down with the general manager of the restaurant and asked a series of standard interview questions. Overall a simple and straightforward interview. Took around 30 minutes total. After completion of the initial interview, a series of food classes and policy training sessions were required. This took around one week to finish and was relatively painless.
