    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook

I worked at British Council India full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There were some skill-enhancement trainings
A good number of days off
Good place for a person to start fresh out of college, but not much for experienced individuals

    Cons

    Poor compensation
    Stressful work environment
    No growth opportunities
There's a huge culture gap between BCMS and the main British Council offices, the former being very corrupt and whimsically driven.
