Advice to Management
Work should be done to revalue technical positions within the company. The lack of career prospects for staff with a technical background is appalling and does not motivate staff to remain in the department and be fulfilled.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at British Gypsum (Bath, England (UK)) in May 2016.
Pretty standard interview, with competency questions. They asked background questions, then previous situations in which I solved a problem, asked a competency question on how to improve efficiency of process.
