I have been working at BroadPath Healthcare Solutions full-time (More than a year)
I was anxious at first glance that this was a work from home position, as I typically thrive in an office environment. However, when I spoke to the recruiting team, I couldn’t imagine how anyone would turn away from BroadPath.
The key motive for working with BroadPath WAS the competitive compensation and room for advancement.
After my first week it was much more.

From October 2016 to now, February 2018, I’m one of many who can say without reservation that BroadPath has changed my outlook on call centers. I am one of many who started what is now one of BroadPath’s largest contracts and I’m honored to experience our client’s growth. What would be a better then to watch that happen from the comfort of your own home?
There are always going to be bumps in the road at any work place. I feel it is the way in which you bounce back and improve processes and procedures that matter the most.
In my experience with this company I’ve witnessed and have helped with the improvement of:
• System issues – troubleshooting and utilizes our IT department as a resource
• Ramping up/down agents
• Changes within the home office/internet speeds
• High cost of benefits
• Contract vs corporate employees
Advice to Management
As a member of the management team, we look for positive outcomes and strategy when we receive opportunity for improvement. We work very hard to set goals for all employees while still making their work experience with BroadPath fun. Most important we want to ensure all employees know we appreciate their commitment and will continue to provide feedback to ensure their success with the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at BroadPath Healthcare Solutions (Tucson, AZ) in October 2014.
Interview process went great. It was short and effortless. The entire process took about 7 days and that was even with drug and background screens. Would recommend this company based upon th interview process alone.
