I have been working at BroadPath Healthcare Solutions full-time (More than a year)
I was anxious at first glance that this was a work from home position, as I typically thrive in an office environment. However, when I spoke to the recruiting team, I couldn’t imagine how anyone would turn away from BroadPath.

From October 2016 to now, February 2018, I’m one of many who can say without reservation that BroadPath has changed my outlook on call centers. There are always going to be bumps in the road at any work place. I feel it is the way in which you bounce back and improve processes and procedures that matter the most.

Advice to Management
As a member of the management team, we look for positive outcomes and strategy when we receive opportunity for improvement. We work very hard to set goals for all employees while still making their work experience with BroadPath fun. Most important we want to ensure all employees know we appreciate their commitment and will continue to provide feedback to ensure their success with the company.
