    I worked at BroadSign full-time

    Pros

BroadSign is like a family, welcoming, warm and multi-cultural. You will have so much fun working there. The perks go far beyond good free coffee as they mention in their job descriptions. There are other really cool perks that they are too humble to mention.
First, you will wake up in the morning with a big smile to get ready for a challenging day. Work hard but play hard is the motto here.
You have to be comfortable with self-management because BroadSign chooses people for their skills and hire the best people. This means that you will have to face some challenges by yourself as your manager won't be behind you to tell you what to do. You will improve your skills super quickly & you will have a chance to go for awesome conferences in the USA if you want to.
A range of fun and really nice activities are offered: Summer BBQ, Free Monthly lunch, Gaming Night & sport activities like yoga, stretching, and workout sessions are offered regularly.
More importantly, the people are really nice, and you will have a blast!! I left to go study but if they asked me to come back, it would be a big YES.

    Cons

Sometimes, you have to work with people who do not have the right skills but because they have been at the company for a while, you have a to find a way to work with them. You will be ok most of the time :)
Salary is ok but you can get a good raise if you exceed your annual goals.
