I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Broadcast Music (Nashville, TN).
From the start, the interviewer created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere for the interview session. The interviewer focused on talking and listening, most likely to check communication skills. personality, cultural fit, as well as professional instructional design skills. I left the interview feeling glad that communication and cultural fit was considered important along with skills.
