“What I love most about working at Broadly are the people. They always manage to hire kooky and driven individuals that are easy to be friends with and work alongside. The product works and helps real businesses, but the Broadly employees keep inspiring you to continue applying yourself as they are all stars. Moreover, I love the engineering culture at Broadly. They are always continually teaching me, and pushing me to grow by enabling me to build features that have a real impact at Broadly. Broadly also has a great philosophy and policy around enabling world travel with their flexible PTO and international travel stipend!

I have been working at Broadly full-time (Less than a year)

I have been with Broadly for 7 months now and the experience has been fantastic. I have never worked for a company that takes so much time, effort and care into the training and development of its employees. Broadly is a collaborative, feedback based company and no matter what position you hold, idea's are heard and considered at the highest levels.
Broadly's leadership team believes in work life balance and family coming first. Becoming a part of the Broadly family has truly been pleasure!

Broadly has been supportive of personal and professional success every step of the way. There is not a con that I can think of at this point. We are still a startup company, so there are natural growing pains that come with that.

    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Broadly (Baltimore, MD).

I was referred into the company. Initially, I had the recruiter Tiffany reach out to me and we did a brief 30 minute phone screen which was super simple and straightforward. Basic questions and in all honestly she was just trying to get to know me as a person which was nice. The second phone interview was with a top producer and while it only took 30 minutes, it was a bit more in depth and allowed me to ask some higher level questions about the job. It was very helpful.

My in person interview lasted about 2 hours. It was basically 4 back to back 30 minute sessions with integral parts of the staff. They were all really friendly and welcoming. The questions weren’t difficult and they are trying to gauge whether you can make the calls required and also if you’re a cultural fit. I enjoyed the interview process. Unlike many companies they are looking to make you comfortable and just find out the truth which is a breath of fresh air.

I received an offer 2 days after the final interview, I was hoping I’d hear the next day because I had other offers but a 2- day turn around is still so fast. I happily accepted the offer and am excited to get started at Broadly!
