I have been working at Brock & Company (More than a year)
While working at this company I have been able to learn a lot about food and managing different responsibilities. It has been one great experience that i will be able to use the skills learned.
They need to listen their employees and not try and over work them and then "act" like they care. Also employee issues management only needs to discuss with other management and not in front of other employees.
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Brock & Company (Lebanon, NY) in August 2012.
Learned a lot about the personal life of the food service director during the interview but I left wondering if she knew anything about me or my qualifications. I was hired via e-mail but it took several more to get wage, starting date and position requirements. Learned most on my first day of work.
There was none. "Here's what the job pays, wear black" take it or leave it.
