I have been working at Brooks Rehabilitation full-time (Less than a year)
Everyone seems to enjoy working here. The culture is great and there is less drama than some of my previous jobs. There are a lot of professional development and leadership training opportunities. Upper management really cares for the employees.
Lower pay than other healthcare companies. Though there is less drama than other companies, there is still some. It is unavoidable in any workplace though.
I applied online. I interviewed at Brooks Rehabilitation (Jacksonville, FL) in December 2016.
it was more than one interview long. I met with the hiring manager and then I met the supervisor in the second interview who was over the department. They made the interview kind of awkward. Just try to act natural
