I have been working at Broward Health full-time

    Pros

When i first started working for the district i loved it. They would go out there way to make the employees feel appreciated.
When the holidays would come around they would give out gift cards and raffle tvs and then the dept manager you worked for would also give you gift cards. We used to make bonus almost every other month for collecting money.

    Cons

Broward health has gotten worse after all there scandals. The district cut back on a lot of things to pay off there law suit. We no longer get gift cards during the holidays hospital week isnt celebrated likem it used to be. They started to try and cut peoples hours to save time and want you to clock out early. The main focus went from patient care to MONEY. The hospital now is all about making profit. This hospital also pays less then the competing hospital like Memorial and UM

    Interview

I was asked general, computer assessment (psych) and clinical questions. Within each question there were sometimes 4-5 more questions. So that was a tough part for me. Some of the clinical questions were situational
