I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brown Paper Tickets (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2018

      Interview

Emailed my resume and cover letter after seeing a post on their website. Heard back a few days later asking to schedule an interview. Two interviewers, standard questions relating to customer service experiences. Afterward filled out a questionnaire by hand, demonstrating writing ability and grammar/language skills. Entire interview process took about an hour. Was offered the position a few days later via email.
