InterviewEmailed my resume and cover letter after seeing a post on their website. Heard back a few days later asking to schedule an interview. Two interviewers, standard questions relating to customer service experiences. Afterward filled out a questionnaire by hand, demonstrating writing ability and grammar/language skills. Entire interview process took about an hour. Was offered the position a few days later via email.Interview
