Contacted by the recruiter to schedule an interview with 2 managers. 1 1/2 weeks later, contracted for an interview with the director. Conversation went very well, discussed how my experience would fit with the available positions. Director sent an assessment for me to complete a few days later which I did right away. Then…completely ghosted. I waited more than a week to follow up. I could not get a response from the recruiter or the hiring manager. Refusing to provide a status or feedback or even a response is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.InterviewWhat do you WANT to do?
