I worked at Browning Arms (Less than a year)

Browning is an excellent company with good benefits. The best asset they have is their location and environment. It is located in an area that is surrounded by trees, mountains, and lots of fresh air. Excellent management, and facilities. Some additional perks that come with working there at the corporate office.

When you apply for a position, it is a long process, and should you not be fortunate enough to be considered, you never hear another word from them. Some HR offices give a response, or letter, thanking you for applying, acknowledging your effort of application. Browning is not one of them.

    Advice to Management

Browning has been a long established company and has survived because of it's ability to forecast trends in their market. I would attribute that to their CEO. Not much advise to give here. They are very professional at what they do, and at the same time have fun doing it.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Browning Arms (Arnold, MO) in June 2018.

Email address that was listed on the website did not work, so I had to call to send in my resume. Hiring process was ok. Got a called within 15-30 minutes of emailing resume in, to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, a few days went by and they scheduled me a face-to-face interview.
