I have been working at Bryan University full-time

Bryan University's Leadership and the employees create a great working environment. The leadership team and overall company invests a ton of training for their middle managers and employees to become better coaches and leaders. Here are some of the Pros I have experienced.
    1. Employee friendly environment
    2. Great people to work with
    3. Easy access to leadership and management to raise your concerns.
    4. Open communication from leadership to all employees and clarity on organizational growth.
    5. Friendly atmosphere and great campus to spend your break time and relax before getting back to work.

The location is great, but traffic can get a little tricky in the mornings and after work. The office can sometimes get either too hot or cold. But that is an easy fix.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving forward you are on the right track.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Bryan University (Tempe, AZ) in July 2019.

4 step process very long for basically hiring everybody. Be very careful in the interview they make it seem super easy job and everyone get along but that is not the case.
