I worked at Buckman Laboratories full-time (More than 10 years)
Great people, great products, flexibility in work hours. Pay and benefits are competitive. Managers are generally available and easy to work with.
Not a lot of upside since it is a smaller company and people tend to stay there a long time.
Advice to Management
None, really. It is a really good group of people working there and people generally have the ability to get their jobs done.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Buckman Laboratories (Atlanta, GA) in March 2017.
Received the recruiting info from campus career website, then had a on campus interview. 1 week later, I received an email to enter the second round call interview. It took 20 mins for the second round interview.
