    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Buffalo Lodging Associates.

    Interview

I found the position on Craigslist for front desk. I went to the desk and right away the supervisor looked over my application and resume. The AGM was called down to the desk and we sat down for an interview ten minutes later. I think the fact that I was instantly involved was a key point in my accepting the position the week after my 2nd interview. The manager that interviewed me had such a passion for the industry; we talked for quite a while. I really felt that the interview was comprehensive. The questions were tailored so that regardless of my background, the questions applied equally.

    Interview Questions

    • Where do you see yourself in 5 years?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

For hourly employees just be clear about the hours you need at minimum. Salary employees receive an amount weekly, regardless of hours - must be over 40.
