Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts.     two stages - phone interview + tech interview
    During both interviews the interviewers were late, they also left part way through the interview for other meetings. They were racist, unprofessional, and rude through the entire process. They also don't know how to read CVs. They also made anti-religious and antagonistic remarks during the interview which I thought was racist and unprofessional. They have preference for hiring indians of hindu backgrounds which the interviewer was quite adamant about.

    lots of questions were rarely on topic of the role and job, it was more about the interviewer sharing their racial hatred. I felt physically sick.
