BENEFITS AND PERKS
I have been working at Bulletproof 360 full-time (Less than a year)
I was able to do some interviews by video chat, which I find so much better than just phone conversations.
I met with direct team members as well as the CEO
Spending a lot of time talking to so many people gave me a really good feel for if I would be a good fit at the company.
It seemed to take a while because the company has a lot going on and people are very busy, so it was a 2-2.5 week process I think, which is hard when you're super excited about the opportunity, but it was worth it!
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work!
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bulletproof 360 (New York, NY) in June 2018.
5 rounds of interviews. 4 over zoom and 1 is face to face. No one worked in my position as it was new or with my manager so I couldn’t get a grasp of what my Market or experience may be like. I ended up working for the male version of Miranda Priestly in the devil wears Prada except she was organized and got things done.
