What the company stands for is amazing; To live a Healthy, Happy, Longer life. The Office in Miami is breathtaking with Ocean views all around. There's extensive room for growth, and they pay very well. They also offer great Health Insurance and pay 100% (For the employee). Additionally they have Bikes for employees to use and ride around the parking lot or Water whenever they want, offer FREE healthy snacks (Fruits, and everyday is a different fruit) on a daily basis, and offer Zumba classes and massages to their employees, I mean, who does that?! Great company to be honest, and I've worked with some real bad ones before.

Advice to Management
Keep doing a good job of showing the Employees you care. Happy employees = Happy Customers and a growing business.
They wanted someone in role fast. I had the right credentials but the role was not well described (they didn't know what the position would be given that the company was in flux). Fast process and consequently didn't hire the right person for the role.
