Mission: "We proudly acknowledge we are in business to provide rehabilitation expertise and valued service in the lives of our patients, their families, our staff and the community at large!"
I worked at Burger Rehabilitation Systems full-time (Less than a year)
Learned a ton, good people and clinicians. Can be chaotic, learning curve can be steep, but prepares you for other jobs. The most unique part was the warmth and teamwork- focused atmosphere. That was pretty different compared to other, comparable workplaces I have experienced.
Hard to move up in the company (small- medium sized company), not the best pay for my position (in my opinion). Some disorganization, but every place I've worked could be more organized- so in the grand scheme of things, this place is a great starting point. I have also heard that the benefits are not good (from coworkers), but I didn't really pay attention benefits since I was still a student.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burger Rehabilitation Systems (Folsom, CA) in March 2016.
There was one phone interview and two face to face interviews. Both face to face interviews met with a majority of the leadership team.
