I have been working at Burgiss full-time (More than a year)
The location of the main office is fantastic. The work can be repetitive but meaningful, at times.
Management will micromanage the employees time and monitor the employee's movement. However, this could be the case with most corporate jobs.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Burgiss in April 2017.
I got a phone interview for brief overview of my resume. Then I was invited for an interview. The recruiter who interview me was horrible. He was rude and kept asking me basic finance question in rapid session. I don't see interpersonal action there. You also have to take an easy test.
