    I worked at Burlington Stores full-time (More than a year)


    -Very nice people to work with.
    -The Management team does not sit at a desk all day, they help the workers out on the Floor as well as Registers.
    -Great Co-workers.
    -Very honest and helpful team.


    -Some associates tend not to show up for their shift, but that I blame on the individual themselves, not the store or the company.

    Advice to Management

    Listen, this management team is awesome. There is practically nothing I can say to make them more pleasant to work with!

    Initial interview with territory recruiter. Next interview was in person with regional hr manager and regional operations manager. Final was with regional vice president. All standard interviews. All of the questions were standard to what the position requires.
