I have been working at Bush Industries full-time

    Pros

It's a paycheck. Weekends and holidays off. No late evenings.

    Cons

Lots of favortism and micromanaging from the supervisors.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating your good employees like kindergarteners. Stop using double standards and contradicting yourselves in annual reviews. Don't throw your team members under the bus at every opportunity. Maybe give a raise here and there. Poor employee morale will continue to lead to turnover. People quit bosses, not jobs.
