I worked at Butler and Hosch full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I had very friendly co-workers and we all did our best to stay positive and be productive.

    Cons

Incredibly unorganized. My responsibilities changed almost daily, management was all over the place (not on the same page with Attorneys, Compliance, etc.)

    Advice to Management

Work on organization and work division.

    Interview

Hiring and interview process is fast and it seems not too much effort is put into looking for good people. Also, a lot of family members seem to be working here and all of them are in senior management positions.
