Great people and amazing environment that allows for a work-life balance and job fulfillment.

Work from home policy needs to be revisited by some managers - as they do not adhere to company policy.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at ByteCubed (Arlington, VA).

    Interview

I was told that I would hear back within 24-48 hours of their decision and never heard back. Given that it was a 3 hour interview, I would have expected at least an email or phone call informing me of their decision. While I was excited about the prospect of potentially working for this company, I'm very disappointed by the interview process.
