I have been working at ByteCubed full-time (More than a year)
Great People, Team Spirited, A Company that cares about it's employees, relaxed open atmosphere, camaraderie. Benefits are great. Salary is competitive.
I'm use to private sector. Government Contracting is a different animal. Government does not know what it wants. Changes projects. But overall, I'm glad I made the change.
Advice to Management
Management needs to communicate more with their teams. Give more positive and constructive feedback on performance.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at ByteCubed.
Answered an ad and then got a call from the company. They setup a chat in their Arlington offices and I attended. I was asked few questions and offered a position right away but then had to start the interview process all over again because the HR director stated she had questions.
Reasons for Declining
The illogical use of illegal questions, the fact that the CEO seemed distracted and would babble on about the future but admitted he had no idea what everyone in the company was actually doing.
