The work life balance is good. Expectations from management are not often excessive. Most coworkes and managers are approachable and willing to try to help each other.
Compensation is not performance based. There is little difference in your salary or in your bonus if you do the minimum or put in extra effort.
Advice to Management
Give more honest feedback to employees. If they do anything unsatisfactorily let them know and dont just tolerate it. Help employees understand a path for career growth within the company.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at C-III Capital Partners (Irving, TX) in March 2015.
Started off unusually informal. First question was "what do you like to do?" as in during my spare time. It caught me off guard as I was prepared to present myself professionally rather than casually. Nice people though.
