Why would you love working here?Same reasons we do.

We are passionate about our community—both locally and globally. The C Space Volunteer Committee was developed as a means for our staff not only to give back, but also to further enrich the work experience for our employees. It allows us to make meaningful contributions to select causes and enables colleagues to share and gather support. It also offers colleagues the opportunity to use their allocated volunteer time year-round and, together, spread the word about our efforts on causes that often could use a little attention.
In addition to our corporate contributions, our staff contributes time, energy and money to over 100 charitable organizations every year.
I worked at C Space full-time (More than 3 years)
Creative and energetic environment; very supportive corporate culture; fun, young, friendly coworkers; great work/life balance; very accommodating of parenting needs/flex-time arrangements.
Pay is slightly below other Boston agency comps; nature of the work and quality of team leadership varies greatly depending on account assignment; some accounts get stuck on very repetitive and low-impact research; career progression can stagnate if not proactively pushed with upper management.
Advice to Management
Incentivize top performers and hire more ambitious entry-level employees.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5+ weeks. I interviewed at C Space (Boston, MA) in March 2015.
The first round was a phone interview with the recruiter. It was very relaxed, we just spoke about my past experiences and what I had learned from previous internships. We talked about the company and why I was interested, as well as why I believed I was a good fit I talked about past work experiences that had prepared me to take on the role they wanted at Communsipace and how i had developed the necessary skills.
