We are passionate about our community—both locally and globally. The C Space Volunteer Committee was developed as a means for our staff not only to give back, but also to further enrich the work experience for our employees. It allows us to make meaningful contributions to select causes and enables colleagues to share and gather support. It also offers colleagues the opportunity to use their allocated volunteer time year-round and, together, spread the word about our efforts on causes that often could use a little attention.
In addition to our corporate contributions, our staff contributes time, energy and money to over 100 charitable organizations every year.

The work is really interesting but impact can be difficult to come by. It's hard to say what clients actually do with the insights and recommendations C Space provides.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at C Space (Boston, MA).
After one 30-minute phone interview, I was invited into the office for a 4 hour interview comprised of 4 mini 30-minute interview sessions with various C Space employees at various levels, as well as an office tour, and a "test" including drafting emails to clients, creating methodologies based on client objectives, and drafting research activities.
