C&W Services – Why Work For Us?

C&W ServicesEvery day we strive to do our best, to be our best

C&W Services brings a new identity, outlook, and purpose to the facility services industry. We are the only business within commercial real estate to offer self-delivery of facility service capabilities. We help clients:

  • Drive down operating expenses
  • Increase facility efficiency and uptime
  • Enable strategic business decisions
  • Create positive occupant experiences

Our Value

  • Vertical integration drives a total quality experience
  • Collectively we provide a single point of accountability across all services
  • By self-performing, we eliminate inefficiency and cost by removing handoffs

Following the successful completion of the historic merger between Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ in September 2015, C&W Services was launched as a new brand dedicated to providing integrated facility services.

C&W Services brings a new identity, outlook, and purpose to the facility services industry. It is the only business within commercial real estate to offer self-delivery facility service capabilities, helping clients drive down facility operating expenses, increase facility efficiency and uptime, make strategic business decisions, and create a positive occupant experience.

Our 65-year track record of outstanding service delivery is founded in the rich heritages of our predecessor firms. The acquisitions of Ogden and Unicco, as well as organic growth, helped build a 14,000-strong organization that serves more than 600 clients through the maintenance of more than 600 million square feet across North America.

JANITORIAL

Our efficient, high quality cleaning programs are tailored to the needs of each facility, from offices and laboratories to plants, stadiums and airports.

GROUNDS AND LANDSCAPING

We provide professional grounds care services to colleges, universities, corporate campuses and public venues with extensive expertise and skill at creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.

OFFICE AND MAILROOM

Our office and mailroom services help deliver the best service at lowest cost. Our system of integrating people, processes, and technology delivers solutions to enhance productivity and manage through fluctuations in service demand.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at C&W Services (Minneapolis, MN) in April 2017.

    Interview

It was actually very informal. I was interviewed by two people; one in person and the other called in on his personal cellphone. There wasn't much eye contact either. They asked me about my experience and repeatedly complained about my name. I could tell they weren't used to interviewing a Black person to be quite honest. They said they would contact me quickly with a response and I was told via email the next day that they were moving forward with other applicants. This was in April. However, yesterday this job was reposted. I was willing to take $15 an hour which is lower than what many receptionists I know make. And I was very flexible with interview times. But they ultimately decided to write me off. Their questions about my ethnic background and where I lived was 100% inappropriate.
