C2 Education started as a private tutoring program out of a Harvard dorm room in 1997. Currently, C2 is experiencing tremendous growth with over 150 Centers nationwide and 2-3 Centers being added each month.

As our teachers are required to meet the strictest standards, the payoff comes with the realization that we all work together in a productive and stimulating environment, populated by the most highly educated professionals in the marketplace.

C2’s teachers have a diverse range of backgrounds and goals. Some teachers work at C2 while preparing for graduate school, while others see C2 as long-term opportunities. As a result, we do see some teachers who stay at C2 for a short period of time; however, we also have teachers who have been with us for a very long time. In fact, some of the most veteran teachers have been with C2 since 2004!
C2 is constantly working to provide more opportunities for teachers who want to grow and stay with C2. Several teachers go into new and exciting roles (including becoming Center Directors, trainers, and joining the curriculum team). Additionally, the organization is actively investing in building more training and support tools so that teachers develop their knowledge and skill set.
The Center Director is integral to the success of C2 Education by driving center sales performance and operational excellence. The Center Director’s responsibilities include:

I have been working at C2 Education part-time
Flexible schedule, access to material, training, communication between tutor and center director
Slow seasons means less hours, but they work hard to accommodate schedules. Also, experience will vary depending on center
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at C2 Education in August 2017.
I applied online and brought my resume by the center the next day (Friday). The director wasn't in, but she gave me a call the next day (Saturday). I interviewed the following Monday. The interview was very informal, which was more the personal style of the director. She informed me she was conducting one more interview, but would let me know. She sent me with further paperwork she asked me to complete. I brought that paperwork by on Tuesday, and she offered me the job on the spot. I began work within a couple of weeks.
