    I have been working at C2FO full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Excellent place to grow both personally and professionally. Sharpest group of folks I've had the pleasure to work with. We all push each other to be better daily. Focus is on mission over metrics, with an eye on revenue and spending.

    Cons

    Can be a bit siloed at times. Org is made up of hight achieving individuals, even at the exec level. Employee development and mentoring sometimes gets left behind as a result.

    Advice to Management

    Express appreciation to employees more individually.

    Phone interviewer requested I call them at a set time; was very unfriendly throughout the phone call. The interviewer did not bother to introduce themselves at the beginning, and only halfway through the call did I find out they were neither in HR nor the department of the position, but a related department. The interviewer seemed to know buzzwords for the department but unfit to ask technical questions related to the field. After being unfamiliar with company jargon, the interviewer behaved unimpressed/skeptical of every answer given to a question. This attitude peaked when the interviewer outright (and incorrectly) claimed an answer to a technical question was wrong, despite not having a background in the field. Nonetheless, the interviewer claimed they would set up contact for another phone interviewer with a member of the department of interest, but no further contact was ever initiated. The phone interview was unpleasant enough that I was planning to decline to pursue the position further had I been contacted.
