At CACI, we recognize that the investment we make in talent and development, not just as a company function, but as an individual and organizational commitment, is essential for our employee’s, customer’s, and CACI’s success. We offer learning and development opportunities through a variety of vehicles and programs to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviors balanced across the customer, employee, and business objectives.
CACI's proud history serving the U.S. military began in 1963 upon receiving its first contract to perform research and simulation for the U.S. Navy. Over 50 years later, CACI employees continue to help defense and intelligence customers deliver mission-critical capabilities, working alongside service members in numerous countries to perform such work as deploying biometrics tools that identify terrorist threats, delivering geospatial imagery used for operational planning, and providing supply chain security framework to transport medical equipment to military hospitals.
Veterans add tremendous value to any organization, but their talent, experience, and commitment make them particularly well-suited for CACI. That's why nearly one in three CACI employees is either a former service member or current drilling reservist or guardsman, and our military hiring and development efforts are continually recognized as a triple win: providing veterans with rewarding careers while the company and its customers benefit from their proven leadership, values, job skills, and work ethic.
I have been working at CACI International full-time (More than 10 years)
High level programs providing support to our warfighter, competitive salary, and flexible hours.
High level programs means extensive support requiring continuous extra hours.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at CACI International.
I completed an application online and was advised by a recruiter that I had need selected to move forward. The recruiter spoke to me for about a half an hour on the phone. I was then required to attend an online webinar explaining the position and company. Attendance was taken at the webinar and only those that attended moved on to interviews. I followed up with a recruiter after not hearing about an interview in a week as advised. The reviewer streamlined this process and I then heard from a section lead to set up the interview. The interview lasted no more than 20-30 minutes. Questions were your typical interview questions along with questions based on what was discussed during the webinar.
