Advice to Management
If you are going to make a person a Site Lead or supervisor, spend the money and the time to train them so that they understand and know laws associated with their positions and titles. Promotion for the sake of someone being next in line should never be the way a person becomes a supervisor over others without proper vetting and training.

Interviewed began with CFO, next I was introduced and interviewed by the CTO, finally I was introduced and had long discussions with the IT department leads. We reviewed current status of IT, goals for short and long term, responsibilities of position.
