I have been working at CAP Tulsa part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A great program for children to get a jump start on social and emotional development. Great time off, competitive pay, and benefits.

    Cons

Leadership is not hands on or transparent. Things change constantly and not everyone is on the same page.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent and hands on. It is hard to be objective during evaluation time when you are never in the classroom.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CAP Tulsa (Tulsa, OK) in January 2014.

    Interview

I was already managing data for another organization, when that project ended, I was offered this job. Since I already knew the project coordinator, the interview was not extensive or difficult.
