how many cold calls is "a lot" to you?
are you willing to make at least 300 cold calls a day?
without any experience there is not much room for negotiation.
with experience you could negotiate a sign on bonus, a higher payout.
You can also try to make up some things like monthly account incentives. different deals float around for different people. there is no concrete way to do things here.
