    I have been working at CBRE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Really great company that makes a genuine effort to value it's employees. Easy to make transfers nationally, and management will support you if you want to make a change within the company.

    Cons

    There is no real "career path" or annual goals evaluation if you are an "admin".

    Advice to Management

    I would like to see more effort made to retain talent that is initially hired as admin.

    I applied online. I interviewed at CBRE.

    Interview

    Never made it to an interview. Was told in a brief e-mail after careful consideration I have not been selected for the position. "Careful"! Was also told I could apply for other positions in the future. If there is no interest from a veteran with 5 years as a military admin over 10 years administrative experience working with property management in an office setting I will assume I am not qualified for any office role you may have. Poor choice of words that they carefully considered this candidate. I would not bother with this company!
