Pay is not even close to market. No bonuses. I had one real raise in five years.
Stressful reorganizations for the sake of someone leaving "their mark" as a new leader.
Advice to Management
Start paying market rate salaries to support personnel.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CBRE.
Phone interview was pretty quick. More of a casual conversation, once that is done if you are chosen you will go on to the next step which is an inperson interview of multiple people.
