Our 'This is Now' employee resource group held a Power Hour yesterday with our Senior Vice President of Design to discuss our design team’s creative process around producing the material we see on our sites, in ad campaigns, and across other areas of the business!

Learning & Development
Our CBSi Learning & Development team is here to help employees fine-tune their current skills and develop new ones. We cover all areas of development from workshops geared towards new and existing managers to courses targeted towards developing and enhancing business soft and technical skills.
We also know that not all employees learn in the same way. That is why we provide a variety of formats to address your preferred learning style including classroom-based workshops, interactive webinars and web-based training courses.
Our internship and entry level positions offer hands on experience working with advanced media products and the best minds in the business - all while getting paid. We offer students both entry level and internship opportunities across our various brands and locations.

We believe our commitment to impacting the media and tech industries should extend beyond our premium content and online solutions. CBS Interactive Cares (CBSi Cares) was created to inspire and engage employees by providing a platform to make a meaningful and impactful difference in the local communities we serve. Our purpose is to come together to tackle large and small scale economic, social and environmental challenges in our local communities.
Our efforts extend to our community ties in the form of volunteer work, direct monetary and item donations and local organization encouragement and support. The CBSi Cares team lead, located at each of our offices, aims to provide monthly activities and events to engage employees in corporate responsibility efforts. Our goal is for each of our employees to participate in volunteer efforts throughout the year as a way to not only engage with our local communities but as an opportunity to bond and grow with each other.
Our annual CBSi Cares Day is held across the US and is aimed to get ALL employees out of the office and into our local communities.

I applied online. I interviewed at CBS Interactive (Brentwood, TN) in April 2017.
I've had the best interview process with CBS Interactive. My recruiter reached out to me the next day after I submitted my application, and she was very prompt on scheduling my interviews. The whole process took around 3 weeks. The interview process consisted of 3 stages: a phone screen with a recruiter, a technical phone screen with a manager, and a technical on-site interview with a manager and several other interviewers. They were also extremely helpful in preparing me for each step in the interviewing process. It was a really great experience.
