CCA has kicked off a new Process of Innovation – THE PITCH!

THE PITCH, which was modeled after the ‘Shark Tank’ concept, encourages employees to present strategic, innovative ideas on a quarterly basis. CCA has a rich history in innovation instilled by the original founders, Howard Brodsky and Alan Greenberg. The best ideas come from within and CCA wants their passionate employees to continue this inspiration!

    I have been working at CCA Global Partners full-time (More than 10 years)


    The best aspect of the company is the mission; helping independent retailers succeed in an ever changing economy. It feels amazing making a positive impact for an individual business owner. The longevity of CCA's employees is a testament to how the company values their employees. Good benefits, fun company sponsored events and the freedom to have your ideas heard are a few of the reasons that CCA is a great place to work.


    Promotions in some departments are hard to come by since employees tend to stay with CCA. However, if you are willing to cross departments or divisions, the opportunities are there.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to look toward the future of retail, and the industry specifically, to stay ahead of the game. Keep the mission alive!

    I applied online. I interviewed at CCA Global Partners (Manchester, NH) in April 2015.


    As soon as I walked into the office, I saw many employees conversing and laughing. It immediately felt like a great work environment. I met with two members of the Marketing Department, and then met with a third individually. The conversation was very comfortable and probably took about 45 minutes total. They then introduced to the CEO and took me on a brief tour of the office.
