THE PITCH, which was modeled after the ‘Shark Tank’ concept, encourages employees to present strategic, innovative ideas on a quarterly basis. CCA has a rich history in innovation instilled by the original founders, Howard Brodsky and Alan Greenberg. The best ideas come from within and CCA wants their passionate employees to continue this inspiration!
Today, cooperatives are operating around the world in nearly every industry and sector. They represent a significant portion of the world economy and they are aligned with mankind’s highest ideas of democracy, environmental sustainability and increased income equality. Yet, despite their breadth, scale and contributions to society, cooperatives are not well understood or appreciated by the universal public.
The cooperative business model should be the way of the future. A greater understanding of the cooperative business model will help current cooperatives succeed and boost the creation of new cooperatives. A shift to more cooperatives around the world will bring power back to local communities, significantly reduce the number of people living in poverty, and help protect our environment and natural resources.

I have been working at CCA Global Partners full-time (More than 3 years)
CCA is a great company to work for. The company cares about their employees and allows their voices to be heard. They have several programs for employees such as the CCA Way which allows you recognize your co-workers who embrace the companies culture or goes above and beyond in their work. More recently CCA has started the PITCH which alows employees ideas to be heard on ways the company can improve some of their business modules or suguest new business ideas to help the company grow.
In addition to empowering their employees CCA empowers their members that make up the cooperative by offering encentives and helps bring in additional business to supplment their daily business. CCA also impacts the lives of those who are not affiliated with the company by putting the homes back together of those who have suffered a home owners insurance loss through our direct repair program made up our flooring and general contractor members.
Overall CCA has been a great place to work for and has a culture you cannot find any where else.
The only con I can think of is their might be some personality differences among co-workers but you will run into that anywhere you work, it's life.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work of providing a positive work environment and allowing your employees voice to be heard.
I applied online. I interviewed at CCA Global Partners (Manchester, NH) in March 2017.
It began with a behavioral phone interview with HR, and then once HR approves you they set you up with an interview with the hiring managers in Manchester. Most likely one or more of the managers interviewing you for the second interview will be your mentors for the summer.
