Auto Injury Solutions
AIS delivers customizable, end-to-end solutions to clients in all fifty states for medical claims resulting from automobile accidents involving first and third party injury coverage.
AIS provides three types of solutions and outsourcing services: (1) Bill Review Solutions, which involve the review of first party medical claims, (2) Medical Advisory Solutions, which include nurse case management, physician reviews, hospital audits, and other professional review services, and (3) Demand Package Solutions, which involve the review of third party medical claims.

Most CCC Information Services Inc. benefits below cover the employee, spouse or same-sex domestic partner and eligible children or dependents.
Competitive and comprehensive medical plans are offered. These plans feature choice, access, and flexibility at competitive rates.
Two choices of dental coverage are offered: a Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO) or a Preferred Provider Plan (PPO). Both plans provide coverage for preventative, routine, major and orthodontic. (Please note the DMO plan is not available to our Sioux Falls, SD employees.)
Two choices of vision coverage are offered: a Basic Plan or a Premier Plan. Both plans cover periodic exams, eyeglass lenses and frames and/or contact lenses, up to a designated dollar amount.
Short-Term Disability (STD)
This plan provides salary continuation benefits in the event an eligible employee is unable to work due to non-work-related illness or injury. Employees are eligible after 6 months of employment.
Long-Term Disability (LTD)
Long-term disability insurance begins after six months of disability and continues through the duration of the disability, up to age 65.
401(k) Retirement Savings & Investment Plan
Employees may contribute a percentage of their base salary up to the IRS maximum amount. The plan offers many investment options and full-time employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan immediately upon start. CCC matches 50 cents for every pre-tax dollar you contribute up to six percent of your eligible pay.
Employee Life Insurance
Employees working more than thirty hours a week receive life insurance upon employment with options to purchase additional insurance.
Critical Illness Insurance
Employees are offered coverage under a group critical illness plan which helps prepare you for the added costs of battling a specific critical illness.
Employees are offered coverage under an accident insurance plan which provides benefits to help cover the costs associated with unexpected bills.
Paid Time Off
The Paid Time Off plan is designed to help employees better manage their work/life balance by providing a certain number of days per year of paid time off to address personal needs outside of work.
In addition to Paid Time Off, employees are paid on the following seven national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.
You will accrue vacation, in addition to Paid Time Off, as soon as you start. Vacation increases as the length of service increases until reaching a cap.
Tuition reimbursement is available for employees choosing to continue their education in approved job-related or business classes. There are in-house training programs for technical and non-technical skills.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Eligible employees can contribute pre-tax dollars to help pay for eligible health care expenses, up to IRS maximums.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Eligible employees can contribute pre-tax dollars, per household, to pay for day care and elder care expenses, up to IRS maximums.
Transportation Flexible Spending Account
Pay for mass transit commuting expense and/or parking expense with pre-tax dollars, up to IRS annual maximums.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
LifeWorks® is a free, 24 hour a day resource that helps employees and their family members face life’s everyday challenges.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at CCC Information Services (Chicago, IL) in January 2015.
I applied on lone and got a call from HR after 2 weeks . Interview set up was smooth and flexible. 1 st round was telphonic with Hiring manager ,after that called for In person Interview 4 rounds of technical . 3 of them or technical and 4th one is with Manager . Interview process was very smooth . After interview they never get me feedback , I followed up with them but never get proper reply .
