I have been working at CCG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Engaged, helpful owners
    - Excellent and talented coworkers
    - Unlimited opportunities to learn and grow
    - Ability to work on multiple teams
    - Enjoyable, challenging and complex projects
    - Great compensation and benefits
    - Beautiful office view
    - Fair workloads

As someone who has worked at MANY places in the Tampa area, I didn’t think I would ever find such a friendly, well-run and healthy company. Every day I look forward to coming in to the office to face fun new challenges and chat with my awesome coworkers. Loyalty feels two-way and since I am treated so well, I’m off the market to recruiters. Believe me when I say, other companies in prior employments did not get that privilege from me.

    Cons

The drive through Rocky Point is frustrating, but can be mitigated as office attendance is largely optional. Very few people actually come to work fully Mon-Fri, but I do because I like being here.

    Advice to Management

No advice, just glad to be here.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CCG in September 2015.

    Interview

Recruiter contact, followed by teleconference screen with delivery management, and final teleconference with partners. Also held a face-to-face meeting with account manager for client of which I would be the on-site PM.
