Demonstrating acknowledgment of employee worth is important to morale and retention. Making financial cut-backs is important in some areas but year after year of withholding raises is discouraging.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CCME (Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence) (Cary, NC) in May 2013.
I submitted my resume in response to a job posting on CraigsList. I received two phone calls for telephonic interviews. Both calls were informal in nature but were appropriate for the position. I completed a few prehire tests to validate my knowledge base in the service area. After successful completion of the aforementioned, an appointment was scheduled with CCME human resources to complete the hiring process. A one day agency/technology group orientation was scheduled.
