Former Employee - Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) in Lancaster, PA
Recommends

I worked at CCRES part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I loved the kids I worked with and I enjoyed the free trainings provided to us as well as most of the staff team.

Cons

as with most careers in mental health, hard to see dynamic room for growth without having to get another degree.
