Great work environment. Good Management.
No parity in compensation plans. Some sales reps are compensated on a better plan than others... and the newcomers have no way of earning their way onto the commission only plan.

Create parity in compensation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CDCNews.
Very basic interview. You interview with both sales managers and they decide whether or not they want to hire you. It is not uncommon for them to discuss the interviewees with current employees. They have such a hard time hiring and keeping people that they really rely on referrals. That doesn't even work.
