Advice to Management
Don't let less experienced employees become a scapegoat for more experienced managers poor performance.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CDI Contractors (Little Rock, AR) in January 2015.
Initial emails and phone calls between hiring managers and myself. Set up an interview time and date convenient for all. Had a very relaxed interview. Went well and received offer a few days later.
