Advice to Management
My advice to management is to work on communication with your team. You should also work on getting some soft-perks for your employees. There are A LOT of other jobs out there where you have the opportunity to work from home, not work in a cube farm, and enjoy more paid time off. I think implementing some of these changes could help your turnover ratios.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at CDI Corporation (Houston, TX).
Minimal interview since I was a returning employee. It was very relaxed with just the hiring manager interviewing me. No tough questions were asked and I was hired to produced work according to my experience level.
