    I have been working at CDK Global full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great colleagues, good team dynamics, drive and enthusiasm exists in key departments and changes are coming into play with a clear strategic direction from the top down.

    Cons

    There are some who have been in the org under previous ownership who do not embrace change and are failing to get onboard with the direction being pursued. There are some true stars within the business who need to be recognised more and given the chance to grow further.

    Advice to Management

    Basically we need to get rid of the dead wood, long gone are the days that long service prevails regardless of performance. Accountability is key and everyone should be held accountable for their contribution to the business.
