Lack of investment in new technology
Lack of managerial skillset to actually manage
Lack of confidentiality
I don't think they actually cared about customers?
Engineers are allowed to run rampant against sales staff
Advice to Management
Please please get rid of the managers there. The management team has problems making decisions as well as ensuring technical/sales growth over the years. They don't provide any opportunities to grow and are at best acrimonious to any new ideas.
They forgo new technologies/opportunities to ensure their customers stay with outdated technology and ideas. Outside of the technical issues the management team was completely toxic. Even HR couldn't keep things confidential.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CENTRACOMM COMMUNICATIONS (Findlay, OH) in March 2011.
Very thorough process. Interview in person with multiple management members. Phone interview was casual and relaxed. Office was a very inviting atmosphere and everyone I met was very outgoing. .
