I have been working at CETIP full-time (More than 5 years)
This is a great company, great place, nice people, comunication always been clean and simple, nice values and a place to learn and teach your knowledge.
Some areas on the company doesn't treat good their employee, some then a 5-6 years in the company, but the path carrer don't folloed like the propose, makin the employee wanna to go to another one company to be valorized
Advice to Management
Be with your employee, try to listen them and give some value to. Give more challenge to then, challenge them to show some new capacities they have. Make then feel important, and at the end, give then recognize the effort done
