I have been at CEVA or a few weeks. So far is a great company with a great group of employees. Everyone has been very helpful and show sincere appreciation for colleagues, and help in anything they can. Offices are kept clean and well maintained; flexible work schedule and definitely NOT a micromanagement environment.
Because the company is so large and people involved in new hire processes are scattered across the regions, it creates miscommunication and a bit of frustration for newhires in getting the systems access, company badge, business cards, etc. Processes take a bit longer than usual.
Advice to Management
The new HR Team is doing a great job in terms of company culture, implementing career development initiatives, fostering employee engagement, and looking out for their staff. There is a lot of work to be done, but definitely on a great path.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CEVA Logistics (Lewisberry, PA).
Pleasant. The interviewer was very nice. Was taken on a tour of the building and ask questions about the equipement I would be running to see if I knew what they were to make sure I wasn't lying.
