Great pay and benefits, the chance to make important contributions to society, pleasant culture where you really feel they care about you.
Slow to make decisions; working with people in our other offices around the world can occasionally lead to odd working hours and a lot of travel, although not everyone sees a lot of travel as a "con."
Advice to Management
I love that you're working so hard on improving employee engagement. Keep it up! The strategic planning cycle needs to be simplified, explained more clearly, and the deadlines need to be announced much sooner than they have been in the past.
I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at CFA Institute (Charlottesville, VA) in April 2016.
Due to time difference it was mainly web calls and one visit to the office.
While not offered the position but got to the last stage of the interview process, it would have be helpful to receive a feedback rather than "copy and paste" email with the decision. I did ask for feedback one but have never received any reply not even an email refusing to provide one.
